The Cleaning Contractor Your Facility Manager Recommends.
Janitorial and facility services for medical, office, warehouse and education buildings. Supervised crews, documented scopes, and inspection reports you can hand straight to an auditor.
We Clean Buildings Like Yours
Facility managers do not search for “cleaners”. They search for someone who already cleans their type of building, because the compliance requirements differ enormously.
Services
Contracted nightly or weekly, plus periodic work scheduled in advance so it never arrives as a surprise invoice.

Nightly Janitorial
The contracted core: restrooms, floors, touchpoints, waste and kitchens. Scope documented room by room, not described as general cleaning.

Rates depend on frequency, restroom count, floor type and traffic. The walkthrough produces a fixed monthly figure, not a range.
From Walkthrough to First Night
Usually ten working days, including onboarding your building into our inspection system.
Walkthrough
We measure, count restrooms and fixtures, note floor types and identify what the previous contractor was missing.
Written Scope
Room-by-room task list with frequencies and a fixed monthly price. This becomes the contract, so there is nothing to argue about later.
Onboarding
Key control, alarm codes, supply staging and crew training on your specific building before the first shift.
Inspection Cycle
Supervisor inspection weekly, written report monthly, and a quarterly review with your facility manager.
What Facility Managers Say
“Our previous contractor was cheaper by $300 a month and I spent six hours a month chasing them. Meridian sends an inspection report I do not have to read because nothing is ever on it.”
Facility ManagerMedical office park, 42,000 sq ft · Denver“Health inspection came unannounced. Their documentation was already on file and organised. That is the entire reason we renewed.”
Practice AdministratorDental group, 3 locations · Aurora“Four years, same supervisor, same crew. In this industry that is genuinely unusual and it shows in the building.”
