Call now →If You Have Been Avoiding the Dentist, Start Here
Roughly a third of our new patients tell us they have not been seen in over five years. Nobody here will make you feel bad about that. It is the single most common thing we hear, and it is the reason we built the practice this way.
- Sedation for any treatmentOral sedation, nitrous oxide or IV sedation, including for a routine cleaning if that is what it takes.
- A stop signal that we honourRaise your hand and everything stops. No negotiating, no finishing this one bit first.
- Nothing happens in one visitYour first appointment is a conversation and an exam. We do not spring treatment on you.
- Costs before commitmentYou get a written plan with prices to take home and think about.
How Implant Treatment Runs Here
Four appointments across three to six months for most single implants. Here is what each one involves.
Scan & Plan
3D cone beam scan to assess bone. You see the same images we do, and we tell you plainly if grafting is needed first.
Placement
The implant post is placed under local anaesthetic or sedation. Most patients are back at work the next day.
Healing
Three to four months while the implant integrates with bone. You leave with a temporary, never a gap.
Final Crown
Custom crown made to match your neighbouring teeth in shade and shape, then fitted and adjusted.
What Things Cost
Very few dental practices publish prices. We do, because the first question everyone has is the one nobody will answer.
Every treatment plan is quoted in writing before you commit. Insurance is billed directly where we are in network.

What Patients Tell Us
“I had not seen a dentist in eleven years because of a bad experience as a child. Dr. Okafor spent the first appointment just talking. I have now had three implants done here.”
Marissa L.Portland, OR“They quoted $3,400 for the implant and that is exactly what I paid. My previous dentist quoted a range and it ended up nearly double.”
Dan W.Beaverton, OR“Cracked a molar on a Sunday. They had me in by 9am Monday, no drama, and did not try to sell me anything else while I was in the chair.”
