The Insurer Called You Within a Day. There Is a Reason.
They want a recorded statement before you know the extent of your injuries. We handle the adjuster, the paperwork and the deadlines so you can deal with getting better.
You pay nothing unless we recover for you
Contingency fee of 33% before suit is filed, 40% after. Written into your agreement, explained line by line before you sign anything.
Cases We Take
We handle serious injury claims in Maricopa County. If your case is small enough to settle yourself, we will tell you that on the first call and show you how.

Motor Vehicle Collisions
Car, motorcycle and pedestrian claims. Most of our work. We reconstruct liability properly rather than accepting the police report at face value.

This costs us nothing to publish and saves claims every week. Do these things whether you hire us or anyone else.
- Get examined, even if you feel fineSoft tissue and head injuries commonly present days later. A gap in treatment is the first thing an adjuster will use against you.
- Do not give a recorded statementYou are not obliged to give one to the other driver’s insurer. They are trained to elicit answers that limit their exposure.
- Photograph everything nowVehicles, the scene, road conditions, your injuries as they develop. Skid marks and debris are gone within days.
- Do not accept a fast chequeEarly offers arrive before anyone knows what your treatment will cost. Signing ends your claim permanently.
Our Fee, Without the Fine Print
Contingency fees are standard in injury work, but what counts as an expense is where firms differ enormously. Ours is written out below.
33% Before Suit
If we resolve your claim with the insurer without filing a lawsuit, our fee is one third of the recovery. Most claims settle here.
40% After Filing
If the insurer will not deal fairly and we file suit, the fee rises to 40% because the work multiplies. You approve filing before we do it.
Costs Explained Upfront
Filing fees, records, expert reports and depositions are case costs. We advance them, and they are itemised and deducted after the fee, not before. Ask any firm which order they use.
If we recover nothing, you owe us nothing, including advanced costs. That is our risk to carry, not yours.
How Your Claim Moves
Most claims resolve in four to fourteen months. Here is what happens in that time.
Investigation
We secure the scene evidence, vehicle data, witness statements and any commercial logs before they disappear.
Treatment
You focus on medical care. We handle every adjuster call and gather records as your treatment progresses.
Demand
Once your condition stabilises, we assemble the full picture of losses and issue a documented demand.
Resolve or File
Negotiation, and litigation if the offer is unreasonable. You decide whether to accept anything. Always.
Client Experiences
“The other driver’s insurer offered me $4,000 two days after the crash, before I had an MRI. Cardell told me not to sign. The claim resolved for considerably more once my treatment was documented.”
Former clientPhoenix, AZ · Motor vehicle claim“They told me on the first phone call that my case was probably small enough to handle myself, and explained how. I called them back a month later when it turned out not to be.”
Former clientMesa, AZ“Someone answered at 11pm on a Sunday. Not a call centre, an actual person from the firm who knew what to tell me about the hospital paperwork.”
