Surgery Is a Decision. Not a Sale.
Two board-certified surgeons, one accredited suite, and consultations where we will tell you plainly when a procedure is not the right answer for you.
Procedures We Perform Often
We limit our practice deliberately. Volume in a narrow set of procedures produces better outcomes than availability across everything.

Facial Surgery
Rhinoplasty, facelift, eyelid surgery and neck contouring. Planned with 3D imaging so you see a realistic projection, never a flattering one.

Body Contouring
Abdominoplasty, liposuction and post-weight-loss body contouring. Performed in our own accredited suite with board-certified anaesthesia.

Non-Surgical
Injectables, energy-based skin tightening and laser resurfacing, delivered under surgeon supervision. Often the right first step before surgery.
Discuss options →The Questions You Should Ask Every Surgeon
Cosmetic surgery is largely unregulated in terms of who may advertise it. Any licensed physician can call themselves a cosmetic surgeon. Board certification in plastic surgery is a different thing entirely, and here is how to check.
- Is the surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery? Not a similarly named board. You can verify any surgeon in about a minute on the ABPS website. Both of ours are.
- Where is the surgery performed?Ours is an AAAASF-accredited surgical suite with a board-certified anaesthesiologist present for every general case.
- What happens if there is a complication? We have admitting privileges at two Denver hospitals and a written protocol we will show you before you consent.
- What is the revision policy?Ours is written into your surgical agreement before you pay anything.
Realistic Recovery Timelines
Published because the honest answer is longer than most clinics imply, and planning badly is the most common regret we hear.

| Eyelid surgery | 5 to 7 days | 2 weeks | 2 to 3 months |
| Abdominoplasty | 2 to 4 weeks | 6 to 8 weeks | 6 to 9 months |
| Liposuction | 3 to 7 days | 3 to 4 weeks | 3 to 6 months |

Cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance. Reconstructive cases frequently are, and we will handle that determination with your insurer directly.
How a Consultation Runs
Ninety minutes, with a surgeon, not a coordinator.
Listening
What bothers you, in your words, before we suggest anything. Some consultations end here with a recommendation to do nothing.
Examination
Physical assessment, medical history and 3D imaging where useful. We explain what your anatomy will and will not allow.
Written Plan
Procedure, realistic outcome, recovery, risks and an all-inclusive price. You take it home. Nothing is booked on the day.
Second Conversation
A follow-up call or visit once you have read everything. We would rather you cancel than proceed uncertain.
Patient Experiences
“Dr. Vance told me I did not need the procedure I came in asking for, and explained why it would not fix what actually bothered me. I came back a year later for something different.”
Renata S.Denver, CO“The recovery timeline they published was accurate to the day. My friend used a discount clinic and was told two weeks for something that took her two months.”
Josh M.Boulder, CO“Price quoted was the price paid. After three consultations elsewhere with vague ranges, that alone decided it.”
Adaeze K.Littleton, CO
Ninety Minutes With a Surgeon
Consultations are $150 and credited in full toward surgery if you proceed. You will leave with a written plan, an all-inclusive price and an honest assessment, including when the answer is that surgery is not right for you.
