No Subcontractors. No Surprises. No Chasing Us Down.
The roofing industry has a reputation problem, and most of it comes from storm-chasing outfits that appear after hail and vanish before the warranty matters. We have worked the same territory for 27 years because we still have to see our customers at the grocery store.
- Our own crews, every jobThe people on your roof are on our payroll, trained by our foremen, and carry our insurance.
- Written estimate before work startsLine-item pricing you keep. If we find rotten decking, you approve the change before we proceed.
- We handle the adjusterPhoto documentation, measurements and a meeting on site with your insurance adjuster at no extra cost.
- Ten-year workmanship guaranteeBacked by the same company that installed it, not a warranty broker in another state.

How a Summit Ridge Job Runs
Four steps, and you know the cost before step three.
Free Inspection
We walk the roof, photograph everything, and check attic ventilation and decking. Takes about 45 minutes.
Written Estimate
Line-item pricing, material options and a realistic schedule. Yours to keep and compare, with no obligation.
Installation
Most homes finish in one to three days. Property protected, magnets run twice daily, driveway kept clear.
Final Walk & Warranty
We walk it with you, register your manufacturer warranty, and leave the paperwork in your hands.
Storm Claims, Explained Straight
Most homeowners only file a roof claim once. Here is what actually happens, and where people lose money.
You are not obligated to use the insurer’s contractor
Your policy pays for the repair. You choose who performs it. A preferred-vendor list is a convenience, not a requirement.
Deductibles cannot legally be waived
In Texas, a contractor offering to “eat your deductible” is committing insurance fraud and putting your claim at risk. We will never offer it.
Document before you file
Photographs, measurements and a written scope strengthen the claim. We provide all three free, whether you hire us or not.
We meet your adjuster on site, walk the roof together, and make sure nothing legitimate gets missed. No fee for this, and no obligation to use us for the repair.
Book a Claim InspectionWhat Homeowners Say
“Third estimate we got and the only one that walked the attic. Found ventilation problems the other two missed entirely. Roof went on in two days and the yard was cleaner than when they arrived.”
Dana R.Keller, TX · Full replacement“After the April hail our claim was denied. Summit Ridge met the adjuster, brought their photos, and it was approved on review. They never once pressured us to sign anything.”
Marcus & Elena T.Arlington, TX · Storm claim“We manage four retail properties and have used them for all of them. They schedule around business hours and actually answer the phone three years later.”
Priya N.Fort Worth, TX · Commercial flat roofNorth Texas, and Nowhere Else
We do not chase storms across state lines. Everything we do is within about an hour of our Fort Worth yard, which is why we can still be there when a warranty question comes up eight years later.
