Where France
Meets Haute Cuisine.
Maison Noir began as a question: what happens when centuries of artisan produce meet the precision of classical French technique? The answer is on every plate.
We source every ingredient within 80 kilometres of our kitchen. Not as a marketing point. Because it tastes better.
Chef Karim Benali trained in Lyon, cooked in Tokyo, and came home with a philosophy that has nothing to do with fusion and everything to do with honesty.

Voices from
the Table
The bastilla alone was worth the flight. I have eaten in Lyon, in Tokyo, in New York. That dish belongs in every city in the world.
Michelin should already know about this place. The service is precise without being stiff, the room is beautiful, and the lamb was the best thing I have eaten in years.
We celebrated our anniversary at the Chef Table. Eight courses, four hours, one very happy memory. Karim came out after dessert and sat with us for twenty minutes. A rarity.
An Evening
